We have just received a PSN Grant for two target areas in Fort Worth. Two Texas Christian University Professors will handle the research, but what we need is assistance for our police partners who have crime analysts but need additional training. In April, the York County District Attorney's Office created an Intelligence Analyst position. Over the past six months, the analyst has attended a few trainings on technology and privacy issues, but has not attended a dedicated training for a civilian analyst. We are looking to acquire training that would help provide our office and our local law enforcement officers with additional benefits while hoping to jump-start our intelligence program simultaneously.

We have an over-whelming request from Sheriff's, Constable's, Chiefs, officers-deputies as well as from school district administrators to host multiple 4-hour blocks of instruction) work shops on Grant writing; specifically for federal government grants pertaining to; school safety & security; hiring of additional school resource officers; community & public safety etc.

The Erie County & Buffalo Safe Neighborhood Committee was created by the Erie County Legislature in response to a senseless, deadly shooting on Buffalo’s East Side that took two young lives. The Committee has the responsibility to identify strategies and policy that could help reduce crime in Buffalo. The Committee is looking for guidance and training to help identify these strategies and develop a community-wide plan to combat violence in our neighborhoods.
