During the spring of 2015, NCJA received a Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) request from Secretary Daniel Bennett at MA Executive Office of Public Safety & Security (EOPSS), in partnership with the Middlesex County Sheriff Peter J. Koutoujian, the MA Department of Correction (DOC), the MA Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS), the MA Office of Medicaid, and the MA Sheriffs Association (MSA).

JDI provides support, information, and referrals to incarcerated survivors across the nations via confidential legal mail. JDI also provides information and referrals related to victim services to certified PREA auditors.

Demonstration site coaches provide guidance on effective strategies to meet the goals and objectives proposed as proposed in the sites' grant applications. The coaches provide the sites with a direct link to the National PREA Resource Center.
