The Community-Based Learning Collaborative focuses on substance use treatment, recovery support, and harm reduction strategies in community-based settings. Designed for grantees working to implement or enhance services, it highlights best practices for providing care, fostering community partnerships, and ensuring long-term recovery support. Participants will gain insights into evidence-based approaches to improving outcomes for individuals impacted by substance use disorders outside of institutional settings.

Twenty-seven (27) grant programs participated in the November 8th, 2024 Community Based Learning Collaborative. Of the thirty-eight participants (38) who attended, 8 completed the evaluation.
