During this 6 month period, IACP has responded to campaign pledges and pledge completions from various law enforcement agencies. IACP has also reviewed and responded to agencies that completed the pledge by sending a letter, a media kit, a fact sheet, and a certificate. IACP also responded to a number of more in-depth requests for information such as guidance on how to complete the pledge, information on mental health first aid (MHFA) and crisis intervention training (CIT), information regarding training percentages, and requests for examples of documentation, such as MOUs.
Over the 6 month period, IACP will email packets of information to law enforcement agencies that have pledged and completed the One Mind Campaign. The packets of information include a completion certificate, a letter from IACP's current President, a quote sheet, a fact sheet, and a local media press inquiry guide. IACP will also respond to any requests for resources.
