As the site is working to develop its branding and marketing materials, the team requested peer to peer support. IACP identified the Miami site as a good match, and facilitated a peer to peer call.

The site reached out to IACP to see if there were any guiding materials for Action Plan development. IACP responded with the BCJI Action Plan Review Tool and provided guidance around formatting the document.

The site requested that IACP perform and environmental scan of existing site activities around trauma-informed care. IACP sent the site the results of the scan.

The site requested information on Planning Phase requirements, as well as requirements related to hotspot identification. IACP assessed project materials and responded to the site.

IACP set up a call with the FY18 Cleveland site for 01/19/21. IACP facilitated the call, and the two sites exchanged contact information.

Milwaukee submitted its Action Plan to IACP for review. IACP reviewed the document, and worked with the site through the review process to the formal submission to BJA.

IACP staff informed the Maine BCJI site they would send the links following the monthly call.

The site submitted its Action Plan for review. IACP reviewed the report and elicited feedback from Dr. Nicolas Corsaro. IACP sent the review back to the site, and hosted a phone call with Dr. Corsaro to discuss his feedback.

The site requested a separate meeting to discuss Action Plan development with IACP. IACP hosted a call with the site, and the site's research partner.

The site coordinator requested to speak with another site regarding youth engagement.
