As the site is working to develop its branding and marketing materials, the team requested peer to peer support. IACP identified the Miami site as a good match, and facilitated a peer to peer call.
The site reached out to IACP to see if there were any guiding materials for Action Plan development. IACP responded with the BCJI Action Plan Review Tool and provided guidance around formatting the document.
The site requested that IACP perform and environmental scan of existing site activities around trauma-informed care. IACP sent the site the results of the scan.
The site requested information on Planning Phase requirements, as well as requirements related to hotspot identification. IACP assessed project materials and responded to the site.
IACP set up a call with the FY18 Cleveland site for 01/19/21. IACP facilitated the call, and the two sites exchanged contact information.
