The PSP Quarterly Strategic Planning Meeting was held on June 14, 2022, at BJA with representatives from BJA, CNA, IIR, NTTAC, and other partners in order to discuss the overall PSP strategy , 2022 site selection and onboarding, and reimaging PSP to include: Extending interaction with PSP sites (longevity, stability), Alumni site involvement, Surrounding agency involvement, and CVI/community partnerships. This was the first in-person quarterly meeting since the DOJ halted travel due to the coronavirus (COVID-19). IIR developed the agenda and coordinated the meeting logistics.

The National Center for School Safety provides one-on-one technical assistance to STOP grantees. This Intensive TA has been offered since January 2021, and is provided to select agencies requiring more assistance. Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools was one of these agencies. TA Specialists have been in contact with Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools since 3/2/2022, with their intake meeting occurring on 4/22/2022. There have been 2 additional follow-up meetings. 1 of these follow-up meetings occurred within the current reporting period.

The National Center for School Safety provides one-on-one technical assistance to STOP grantees. This Intensive TA has been offered since January 2021, and is provided to select agencies requiring more assistance. Massachusetts Attorney General Office was one of these agencies. TA Specialists have been in contact with Massachusetts Attorney General Office since 4/12/2022, with their intake meeting occurring on 4/28/2022. There has been 1 additional follow-up meeting and it occurred within the current reporting period.

This Intensive TA has been offered since January 2021, and is provided to select agencies requiring more assistance. Lakes Country Service Co-Op was one of these agencies. TA Specialists have been in contact with Lakes Country Service Co-Op since 6/3/2021, with their intake meeting occurring on 3/22/2022. There has been 1 follow-up meeting and it occurred within the current reporting period.

This Intensive TA has been offered since January 2021, and is provided to select agencies requiring more assistance. The Detroit Association of Black Organizations (DABO) was one of these agencies. TA Specialists have been in contact with DABO since 3/2/2022, with their intake meeting occurring on 4/1/2022. There has been 1 additional follow-up meeting and it occurred during the current reporting period.

This Intensive TA has been offered since January 2021, and is provided to select agencies requiring more assistance. Hillsborough County School District was one of these agencies. TA Specialists have been in contact with Hillsborough County School District since 2/28/2022, with their intake meeting occurring on 3/29/2022. While there have not yet been follow up meetings, TA Specialists continue to reach out and provide resources as needed.

TA Specialists have been in contact with Cook Inlet Tribal Council since 10/5/2021, with their intake meeting occurring on 3/25/2022. While there have been no additional follow-up meetings yet, TA Specialists continue to reach out and provide resources as needed.

This Intensive TA has been offered since January 2021, and is provided to select agencies requiring more assistance. Santa Cruz County School Superintendent's Office was one of these agencies. TA Specialists have been in contact with Santa Cruz County School Superintendent's Office since 8/19/2021, with their intake meeting occurring on 9/20/2021. There have been 3 additional follow-up meetings. 1 of these follow-up meetings occurred within the current reporting period.

This Intensive TA has been offered since January 2021, and is provided to select agencies requiring more assistance. Board of Cooperative Educational Services of Rockland was one of these agencies. TA Specialists have been in contact with Board of Cooperative Educational Services of Rockland since 3/2/2022, with their intake meeting occurring on 3/9/2022. There have been 2 additional follow-up meetings. 1 of these follow-up meetings occurred within the current reporting period.

This Intensive TA has been offered since January 2021, and is provided to select agencies requiring more assistance. New Jersey Department of Education was one of these agencies. TA Specialists have been in contact with New Jersey Department of Education since 6/14/2021, with their intake meeting occurring on 3/9/2022. Intake meetings are conducted by TA Specialists as one-hour meetings via Zoom to assist with any concerns regarding project implementation.
