Will meet with key cross-sector partners including: site fiscal agent/coordinator, research team and law enforcement (including crime analysis personnel). An initial needs assessment based on partner discussion with all key cross-sector partners will be performed to determine capacity and potential TTA opportunities.

Will focus on their data gathering, community outreach/engagement abilities along with their early action project development

An initial needs assessment will be conducted based on partner discussion, in effort to determine capacity and potential TTA opportunities during the implementation phase.

Request for SME was based on lack of familiarity by Shreveport PD for the POP and SARA model. The Police Foundation will work with TA Lead to engage with Shreveport PD to review background documents, review implementation plan revisions, review SPD priorities and follow up with a summary of recommendations.

Official site visit in order to meet with fiscal agent - the St. Louis County Police Department, and the CBCR project coordinator. Will be able to assess site progress and capacity while also checking in on other St. Louis area sites.

The first Official site visit to Planning and Implementation Site. Will meet with new Program Coordinator and assess TA support the team may need. Will meet with leadership team and residents to assess TA needs and CBCR resources. Tour the target area with program members and local police department. Will meet with research team in regards to data collection method.

BJA requested travel support for one representative from the Jackson, Mississippi Police Department to attend a peer exchange to the St. Louis, Missouri Police Department on August 16 - 17, 2018. The traveler did not seek reimbursement, and the request was not delivered.
