The IACP TTA Lead arranged a peer meeting with the FY21 Okemos site to discuss data tracking systems and methods
BJA informed IACP the site submitted an NCE, but there was a change request, and the site needed to resubmit ASAP. IACP reached out to inform the site.
A month after the Action Plan was submitted, the site reached out to IACP multiple times to inquire into the status of the Action Plan. IACP repeatedly engaged BJA for updates and cooresponded with the site accordingly.
During the months where the site was waiting to hear back from BJA on their Action Plan, the site made multiple requests for updates on the Action Plan status. IACP repeatedly requested updates from BJA, and passed along info to the site.
Joint COSSAP tribal grantee and CTAS PA3 (alcohol and substance use) grantee cohort call. Calls include peer-to-peer exchange, information and resource sharing, discussion around key barriers and challenges to project implementation, sharing of promising practices, and micro-learning opportunities. The May 2024 call included a general discussion on grantee program updates, TTA needs, etc. and peer exchange.
