Coaches have continued advising grantee with issues as they arise. In this reporting period, there have been questions specifically about the grant process and coaches have helped troubleshoot issues with ECSD's remaining goals.

I provided some answers to grant management questions and sent some resources related to PREA Coordinators, PREA Compliance Managers, and practices related to condom distribution in jails.

The coaches assisted Harris County with the final edits to their implementation plan, submission of their plan, and review of the current LGBTI policy.
The coaches have checked in with the grantee once a month via video call and they have communicated via e-mail regarding Harris County's implementation activities.

During this reporting period, NHDOC staff were fully engaged with the coaches. The coaches assisted NHDOC by providing in depth information on comprehensive inmate education and reviewing developed materials.

The coaches were able to support the grantee with getting their implementation plan documents approved during the last reporting period. Since then, the coaches have continued to meet with the grantee at least once a month and communicate via e-mail and phone regularly regarding implementation activities.
