During this reporting period, TLPI continued to track technical assistance data and training performance measures. Technical Assistance Request Forms are utilized to track new TA requests, Intake Forms are utilized to gather and track Wellness Court basic information and current programmatic needs. Training and technical assistance requests and fulfillment, along with addition of follow up information, is entered into TLPI's database, Civicore, so that training and technical assistance is documented.

Pima County's Superior Court Judge Charles Pyle contacted the Tribal Law and Policy Insitute for assistance in potentially starting a Wellbriety Court, as a result of a presentation by Wellness Court Specialist Kristina Pacheco at the 2023 Arizona Association of Drug Court Professional Conference. Judge Pyle asked for information to present to the Pima County Superior Court to address the racial disparities with the Tohono Odom and Pascua Yaqui tribes.

The Treatment Court Institute (TCI) and Justice for Vets (JFV), divisions of All Rise, will lead the training and technical assistance (TTA) for these BJA awards. TTA can range from telephone, email, or virtual assistance to onsite visits by trained consultants and is beneficial for new and established programs in such areas as training new team members, program and document review, team-building, and strategic planning.
