BJA leadership determined that there was no need to develop site-specific profiles for PDMP grant recipients. However, the PDMP TTAC team continues to update the Microsoft Power BI visualization for the PDMP TTAC website detailing the goals and objectives for the latest

On 1/23/2024 TLPI held their Virtual Kick Off Meeting for FY 23 CTAS PA 3 Grantees. Martina Gauthier, Director/Attorney, Menominee Public Defender Office joined the virtual meeting via zoom. TLPI presented on the Tribal Courts, Tribal Justice System, and Intergovernmental Collaboration Projection, the broad range of TLPI resources, publications, webinars, and various TTA projects. TLPI also discussed how to request TTA, the TTA TLPI process (which consists of TA Coach assignments, the development of a TA workplan, and a final TA report.

During this reporting period, BJA leadership indicated that there was no pressing need to hold a PDMP grantee orientation webinar; however, PDMP TTAC team members will continue to offer their assistance in organizing the webinar when BJA leadership is ready to move forward with it.

During this reporting period, the PDMP TTAC team facilitated the following webinars: “Lessons Learned From All Prescription Reporting” (July 2023) and “Information Blocking: A Threat to Patient Care and Data Sharing” (November 2023).

The PDMP TTAC team hosts and facilitates monthly conference calls with the RxCheck Governance Board; the PMIX Standards Organization; the PMIX Operations, Technical, and Standards Compliance Subcommittees; and ad hoc committees, as needed, to support the groups in accomplishing their goals. During this reporting period, the PDMP TTAC team hosted and facilitated 10 conference calls with the various PMIX groups. The team also hosted and facilitated 33 calls with the RxCheck Governance Board, work groups, and groups interested in connecting to the RxCheck Hub.

The second of the biannual RxCheck Governance Board meetings was held virtually on
September 14, 2023. Twenty-six of the 38 member PDMPs were represented. The agenda topics at the meeting included:

• New RxCheck Website Demonstration

The annual PMIX Executive Committee meeting was held virtually on September 27, 2023. Eleven of the 12 committee members were in attendance. The agenda sessions at the meeting included:

• Nominations for the PMIX Standards Organization
• PMIX Executive Committee Elections Schedule
• Alternate Funding Options
• Subcommittee Reports (Technical, Operations, and Standards Compliance)
• Review of Existing PMIX Standards Organization Goals/Objectives
• PMIX Website Revisions – Discuss Formation of Work Group

IPDMP TTAC staff members completed the compilations for the third quarter of the FY2023 proposed and enacted legislation and regulation report. The “Compilation of PDMP Statutes and Regulations by Topic” and “Proposed and Enacted PDMP Legislation and Regulation Quarterly Report” visualizations on the PDMP TTAC website were updated to reflect the updates from that quarter.

The PDMP TTAC team routinely provides technical assistance to stakeholders in response to requests for information or to facilitate peer-to-peer communication. These activities help identify potential resources and TTA needs as PDMPs evolve, allowing the PDMP TTAC team to proactively develop and provide the most efficient and effective methods of delivery.
