On May 1, 2024, a TTA Needs Assessment meeting conducted via zoom with Grantee Kalispel for TTA Needs Assessment review.
Included in the meeting was Project partner, NAICJA, and Kalispel Court Manager, Allyson Bluff.
The Team reviewed all of the answers on the call to complete the TTA Needs Assessment and asked clarifying questions to get more information on specific needs, training, resources that would be helpful, current status of project goals, and planning. Team will get together to come up with a work plan and/or have an additional meeting to follow-up.

We did a video conference via zoom to review the TTA NA during this time period with project partner NAICJA. Some resources were mentioned as well.

April 1-April 30, 2024, Monthly Activity; During this reporting period, there were approximately 13 emails, that were sent out to grantee, and internally regarding the TTA Needs Assessment, completion of it, and scheduling of a follow up meeting to review it. There was also one pre-meeting video conference call during this period which was to review the TTA Needs Assessment with project partners before call with grantee. During the reporting period all grantees were sent information on the webinar TLPI hosted regarding peacemaking and restorative Justice with project partners NAICJA.

During the month of April 2024, there were approximately seven emails, one phone call, and one video conference call sent to and with the Lovelock Paiute Grantee, this also included project partner TJI. Conversations regarded scheduling calls for further TTA needs, including dissemination and completion of a TTA Needs Assessment, and scheduling for a TTA Needs Assessment completion and review. Resources sent during this time included training information. The team also prepared for the TTA Needs Assessment meeting with grantee.
