Two Center staff members visited the Community Domestic Violence Advocacy Program. The Center staff met with tribal program staff, toured the facility, and provided them with updates on the profile that was provided by the tribe.
Center staff met with Chief Judge, Court Coordinator, Chief Probation Officer, and Tribal Council Member to discuss the status of the tribe’s community court project and outline specific action steps for moving the project forward

In September 2015, Center staff conducted email introductions between Richard Iron Cloud of the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation (South Dakota) and Mike Jackson of Kake First Nation, Wendy Hill of the Haudenosaunee Nation and Precious Benally of the Center for Court Innovation regarding peacemaking trainings.
