The U.S. Virgin Islands State's Attorney's Office sought training for officers in their jurisdiction on testifying in court. PERF connected them directly with staff at AEquitas: The Prosecutors Resource on Violence Against Women which has provided police departments with this training.
The Hate Crimes TTA (HCTTA) Program releases a monthly newsletter for all grantee sites to highlight site achievements and other relevant hate crimes updates. During this reporting period the HCTTA sent out 6 newsletters to all 60 grantee sites.
In April 2024, TTA program staff provided a compilation of resources, curated in response to a request from the Maryland OAG (a FY2021 Collaborative Approaches site) during a project check-in call, pertaining to establishing an advisory board, including literature, handbooks, and other pertinent materials.

Penetration testing by the US DOJ in anticipation of possible federal use of the NDI fulfilled a task complimentary to the maintenance of the NDI, and informative to the RFP process. The US Department of Justice (DOJ) Justice Management Division (JMD) engaged Synack, Inc. to perform a penetration test for their applications. The testing was performed on specific data structures and data management functions of the NDI, between June 08, 2023 - June 18, 2023.
