A review of all existing program documents will transpire to include VTC procedure manuals, participant handbook, mentor manual, BeST Assessment (as applicable), Hopes and Concerns assessment tool, and relevant past/present grant information. A discussion of all documentation with the designated Justice for Vets (JFV) staff member (JFV Leader) in advance of formal involvement with the VTC team members will occur.

During a call with their Task Force Liaison, Dalia Racine, the New Mexico Human Trafficking Task Force asked for assistance in the creation of protocols for their task force. Dalia provided multiple resources and examples of protocols for them to use to create their own. She also mentioned they should connect on Task Force Connect to see if any other task forces have guidance on how to create protocols.

During this reporting period, IIR developed a Smartsheet SWB Tracker to record applicant information, monitor application status activity, and house information from post-award outcomes. IIR also developed an SWB Dashboard to highlight applicant data, created a BJA review and approval tracker, and provided a demonstration for and access to BJA.
