The Bureau of Justice Assistance requested assistance to facilitate a community of practice meeting with prosecutors and other related subject matter experts. BJA withdrew this request.
The Eloy Police Department requested support to send two investigators to become Certified Users of Cellebrite. the Certification is needed in order to use and testify to the date retrieved when equipment is used if needed in a courtroom case. BJA NTTAC provided support for two officers to attend the Cellebrite training in November 2021.
We would like to have an independent review and analysis of workload division among attorneys and staff, and the efficiency of current practices, with recommendations for improvement to more effectively manage and clear cases.
Bring Game Changer Program to VCU for an in person event.
Game Changer brings together community members, law enforcement, judicial and legislative branches of government for moderated focus groups. Together we discuss community problems and devise solutions. Dinner and event tickets are provided. Pre and Post perception surveys are completed by each participant to generate data
The Sequential Intercept Model mapping (1 day) and SIM strategic planning sessions (1/2 day) are requested to address the growing need for an evidence-based community response to mental health crisis. BJA NTTAC referred this request to the CIT Training Program.
