Crime and Justice Analysts, Inc. was selected to fulfill the request. The companion guide development occurred in August 2019 and involved the Bureau of Justice Assistance. Crime and Justice Analysts, Inc. delivered a draft of the companion guide to the Bureau of Justice Assistance in August 2019.
