The Baltimore, Maryland Police Department, as part of the Baltimore National Public Safety Partnership (PSP) site, requested training on the topic of crime reduction. Dr. Jerry Ratcliffe with Reducing Crime LLC was selected to fulfill the request and provided the “Commander's Crime Reduction Course” to 32 members of the Baltimore PSP site on March 11–13, 2020 in Baltimore, Maryland.

The Toledo, Ohio Police Department, as part of the Toledo National Public Safety Partnership (PSP) site, requested travel support for representatives to attend the “Advanced Course on Non-Fatal Strangulation Prevention”. BJA NTTAC provided travel support to one representative from the Toledo PSP site to attend the course from February 11–14, 2020 in San Bernardino, California.

The Anniston, Alabama Police Department (PD), as part of the Anniston Public Safety Partnership (PSP) sites, requested travel support for representatives to attend the FBI's DIVRT Training. ​BJA NTTAC provided travel support to two representatives from the Anniston PSP site to attend the conference from April 7 – 9, 2020 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. ​BJA NTTAC denied this request.

The Jackson County, Oregon Sheriff's Office requested technical assistance to receive proper training in research methods, useful tools and education-related crime reduction, suspect profiles and information gathering to solve crime. BJA NTTAC denied this request.

The Wichita National Public Safety Partnership (PSP) Site requested a crime analysis assessment. Julie Wartell was selected to fulfill the request. The crime analysis assessment occurred between April 2020 and July 2020 and involved the 40 police department personnel as well as City, County, and USAO partners. Julie Wartell delivered the final report to Wichita PSP Site in August 2020.
