On February 27, 2025, the SLATT team submitted the January 2025 monthly report to BJA and IIR leadership. The monthly report provides SLATT Program updates, highlights, and statistics for the month.
The purpose of this report is to highlight each agency’s Rural Violent Crime Reduction Initiative (RVCRI) program, program successes, lessons learned, and sustainability planning. This report will act as the closeout report for each agency's program. It will be no longer than two pages. It can be used as marketing materials for the RVCRI program and a mechanism for the agency to show the value of the program to its community. Each report will be posted on the RVCRI website on each agency’s site profile.
The SLATT Program team submitted the semi-annual reporting to BJA by the prescribed deadline.

Report of findings and recommendations from a site visit to Middlesex County and interviews with impacted community members and State Public Defender attorneys and staff to produce a survey tool to measure client satisfaction and feedback.

In depth report with yearly statistics concerning group/gang member violence
The SRTBWC application analysis and funding memo process involves scoring and analyzing results from the application process. Based on this analysis a funding memo is prepared for BJA to review and approve for the micrograntee award announcement.
Develop a series of educational resources for law enforcement agencies, designed to facilitate understanding of and support for CVI strategies, including recommended strategies for fostering honest conversations within departments on issues of concerns and skepticism about CVI strategies and CVI outreach workers. Develop content for the CVIPI website and resources and tools for law enforcement training programs.
