I would like to request on behalf of my Department - the San Mateo Police Department - help with developing and improving our crime analysis program. I have heard that you have a two phased approach in which you can send an expert to our department to do an onsite review of crime analysis program and make recommendations for improvement. The 2nd phase of the approach is the implementation of some of the recommendations based on how intensive they will be. Hopefully I'm correct in my understanding and you can help me with this.
