The Camden County Police Department is requesting assistance to enhance access to probation data. In order to do this, the New Jersey Courts needs assistance in determining how to best extract the data and to receive a demonstration on how a web enabled system can not only help Camden County access their public data, but every county in New Jersey as well.

BJA will identify a provider to facilitate JRI peer-to-peer technical assistance events. Similar events were held in February 2015 to share ideas, resources, and tools from sites involved in JRI efforts. This TA will expand those events to more sites involved in JRI activity.

On a nationwide basis, Pretrial Justice Reform efforts have gained momentum. The Commonwealth of Kentucky implemented Pretrial Services statewide in 1976. Since the inception of Pretrial Services there has never been a formal cost benefit analysis conducted to demonstrate the effective and efficient use of funding and resources . Kentucky Pretrial Services is housed in the judicial branch of government, which over the past three budget cycles has been grossly underfunded, experienced lay-offs, furloughs and frozen positions.

The Columbus Police Department requests one Blue Courage training (Heart and Mind of the Guardian) for approximately 30 participants. The Blue Courage training course will provide self-improvement, increased engagement, stress management, development of resilience, and improvement of the overall health and well-being of all employees in the department.

Areas of focus for Inclusive Leadership include: Understanding and Embracing Diversity and Inclusion, Building Trust, Developing High Performance Teams and Leadership Development.
