The second phase of the VALOR Law Enforcement Resilience Training Program. This phase took a regional approach and brought multiple departments together to participate in the training hosted by IACP and the University of Pennsylvania. This phase of training was done virtually. For this hub there were five agencies that participated including Tulsa County Sheriff's Office, Tulsa Police Department, Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office, Topeka Police Department, and Jenks Police
Department.

The International Association of Chiefs of Police hosted a group of twenty-eight law enforcement professionals for the piloted Law Enforcement Resilience Training Train-the-Trainer course. The participants that attended came from the three pilot sites, Norfolk, VA Police Department, South Dakota Highway Patrol and Lincoln, NE Police Department. The training took place over the course of four days at the IACP office in Alexandria, VA.
