Call 3.09.22 - Kim Higgs wants to implement a Veterans Court in ND. There is buy-in to get this off the ground. There needs to be approval by ND Supreme Court to review documents – this is happening on April 19th – Kim and the rest of the team will have a meeting to discuss this next week. They would want to get jump-started sometime in July/August. ND looked at other states Drug-Court examples. Not COSSAP grantee – they are not looking for federal funding right now as their state has funding to get their program jump started. CHJ encourages her to apply for it.
