The West Bend, Wisconsin Police Department (PD), in conjunction with the Green Bay, Wisconsin Police Department, requested 7 Habits of Highly Successful People for Law Enforcement training for up to 80 officers. Deputy Chief Stan Gragg was selected to fulfill the request and provided the three-day training to 54 officers within the West Bend PD and Green Bay PD on March 14 - 16, 2017 and May 17 - 19, 2017, respectively.

The Bureau of Justice Assistance requested travel support for three local law enforcement representatives to attend the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) 2016 Annual Conference and Exposition. BJA NTTAC provided travel support for three travelers to attend the IACP 2016 Annual Conference and Exposition from October 15 – 18, 2016 in San Diego, California.

In May 2013, the Bureau of Justice (BJA), in partnership with the CNA Corporation, developed Managing Large-Scale Security Events: A Planning Primer for Local Law Enforcement Agencies (Planning Primer) to help guide local governments as they prepare for large-scale security events. BJA requested assistance in updating the Planning Primer based on the planning of the 2016 Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio on July 18 - 21, 2016 and the 2016 Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on July 25 - 28, 2016.

The St. Louis, Missouri Violence Reduction Network (VRN) site requested a Blue Courage: Heart and Mind of the Guardian course as well as a Blue Courage Academy. Blue Courage, Inc. delivered a two-day Blue Courage course to 18 members of the St. Louis Metro Police Department from October 6 - 7, 2016 in St. Louis, Missouri. Blue Courage, Inc. also delivered a four-day Blue Courage Academy to 19 officers from the St. Louis Metro Police Department and three other local agencies from October 24-27, 2016 in St. Louis, Missouri.

West Memphis PD, as part of the West Memphis VRN site, requests the requested the Major Crime Scene Preliminary Investigations Workshop with a train-the-trainer component for up to 20 officers from the West Memphis Police Department (WMPD) and neighboring jurisdictions and 5 trainers from the WMPD. The training will equip first responders and investigators from West Memphis, AR, with strategies and tools focused on responding to major crime scenes to improve the quality of the investigation.

The West Memphis VRN site has requested data integration services for the West Memphis Police Department and licensing for Lumen, Numerica's flagship platform for integrated law enforcement data sharing and analysis. Lumen can save the agency critical time and provide deep insights into information to enhance data-drive policing missions.

The Chicago Police Department (PD), as part of the Chicago Violence Reduction Network (VRN) Site, is requesting assistance for a comprehensive community immersion program to rebuild trust between the community and law enforcement. The Chicago PD has requested the Policing at the Speed of Trust and Leading at the Speed of Trust hybrid train-the-trainer course to develop 13 law enforcement officers and 13 community members as training facilitators. These 26 facilitators, with assistance from FranklinCovey, will then train 100 law enforcement officers and 100 community members.
