Over the past six (6) months, the IACP met with core staff from the Craighead County team a total of one (1) to provide TTA and receive site updates. The site is currently in the Implementation Phase of the grant and their project is moving along well.

10/14 meet in-person Ricardo R. Moore, Police Commissioner of Detroit Michigan at the NACOLE conference to introduce the project and discuss ways to implement it in Detroit. (1 person, representing 1 agency)?

11/20 Meeting with Greg Rikhoff (Director) from Lane County Community Justice and Taina Saltysiak (Data and Analytics Manager) from Lane County to introduce the project. (2 people, representing 2 agencies)??

11/21 Meeting with Caitlin Plummer (Executive Director) from Public Defender Services of Lane County to introduce the project. (1 person, representing 1 agency)?

11/21 Presentation to the Oregon Association of Community Corrections Directors to (re)-introduce the project and encourage them to participate in Justice Counts. (80 people, representing 35 agencies)??

Presentation to Floyd County JRAC's Mental Health and Addiction Subcommittee to introduce the project.

Presentation to the 6th Annual Arkansas Jail Resource Day to introduce the project.

In-Person Presentation to Saginaw Leadership and Agency Leaders to introduce the project. Several agencies asked for follow-up presentations and Representative O'Neal plants to pass a resolution in favor of Justice Counts.
