12/3 - Recruitment meeting with Chief Chris Scott of West Des Moines Police Department which resulting in the department opting in. (1 person, representing 1 agency).
12/4 - Recruitment meeting with Sheriff Schneider and Deputy Stanton of Polk County Sheriff's Office to introduce the project. (2 people, representing 1 agency).
12/3 - Recruitment meeting with Chief Stallman and Captain Chambers of Altoona Police Department which resulted in the department opting in. (2 people, representing 1 agency).
12/10 - presentation to the Yavapai County CJCC to introduce the project and encourage them to consider participating. (15 people, representing 15 agencies).
11/13 Presentation to Jennings County JRAC and the Harrison County JRAC to introduce the project. Jennings County Probation opted in because of the presentation (10 people, representing 10 agencies)??
12/19 In person meeting with Thea Mounts (Chief data officer); Mac Pevey (Assistant Secretary); Steve Johnson (Regional Administrator) from the Washington Department of Corrections to provide a Publisher demo (3 people representing 1 agency).
11/12 Meeting with Pastor David Greene (President of Concerned Clergy) to discuss diversion in Indianapolis and potential connections for the project. (1 person representing 1 agency)??
11/12 Meeting with Rob Simpson (Major of the Indiana State Police Department (ISP and Assistant Chief of Staff for the Communications and Information Systems Department) and Captain Hutchinson (Commander of their Criminal Justice Data Division containing CJIS (2 people representing 1 agency).??
11/12 Meeting with Madison County JRAC members Andrew Hanna (Chief Deputy Prosecutor & JRAC chair), Betsy Baxter (Director of Victim's Services and JRAC Secretary), Carl Chambers (Director of Adult Probation), Angela Sims (Judge), and David Kane (Executive Director of Community Corrections) to discuss data challenges and JRAC operations. (5 people representing 6 agencies).??
