At the Second Chance Act (SCA) conference, the Justice Center held 64 workshops for SCA Category 3 grantees, including content-based sessions and grantee breakout sessions for all active grant tracks (CSCR, CSAMI/SUD, PFS, SRHD) and the ZRH cohort. We also worked with BJA to host an orientation meeting for FY24 grantee as part of the conference. The average attendance across these sessions was 45 attendees, with an average of 26 agencies served per session.

Emergency drills can induce stress among school staff, but integrating mental health support and breaking down safety practice silos can bolster resilience.
In this webinar, presenters from the Colorado School of Public Health discuss improving systems around emergency drills through tailored training, gathering staff feedback, and identifying local resources.
