Objective 6: Provide intensive TA to 10 states, supporting the adoption and use of the Justice Counts metrics to drive decision-making.
Presentation at the Washington Administrative Office of the Courts Pre-Trial Summit 2024 alongside Justice Counts champion Leah Landon, (Criminal Justice Regional Program Manager for the Thurston County Board of County Commissioners) who presented snapshots of Thurston County data to introduce the project to other courts in Washington. (50 people representing 50 agencies).
Objective 3: Promote Justice Counts with the goal of increasing participation and support.

9/25 - Meeting with Des Moines City Councilman Josh Mandelbaum to introduce the project. Councilman Mandelbaum agreed to be a champion for Justice Counts and provide introductions to other city officials. (1 person, representing 1 agency)

Meeting with Chief Daggett and a Deputy Chief from the Mitchellville Police Department to introduce the project. They opted in as a result of the meeting. (2-person, 1 agency)?

9/24 - Meeting with Jerry Evans (CJCC Coordinator) Polk County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council to discuss county jail data. (1-person, 1 agency)
