Troubleshooted some Access/PowerBi issues with Sean, and talked through the regional meeting presentation concept.

Fixed Chief's report date field, worked on agenda, formatted repeat report

Worked w/Sudo on adding more detail to some of his existing bulletins and explained the logic/plan behind those additions. Also devised a way to get Sudo more feedback.

The Michigan SAA reached out regarding the Project Zero Eyes program and asked to be connected to any other states who were using this program through their subawards. NCJA connected the Michigan SAA with the Montana SAA and the Sheriff's Office implementing Project Zero Eyes.

Objective 3: Promote Justice Counts with the goal of increasing participation and support.? (Developing Promotional Materials and Conference Appearances)?
CSG Justice Center staff completed the November Justice Counts website audit and updates. These updates included the addition of newly opted in agencies, updates to booking links for staff, and improvements of navigational links within the website to improve user experience.?

Objective 7: Facilitate the adoption and implementation of Justice Counts in additional states. (Light Touch States)

Objective 9: Provide structured, ongoing support up to 15 Category 1 grantee states and support the field. (IG States/ Vendor and Automation)?
In Arizona CSG Justice Center staff presented to the Western Arizona Law Enforcement Association, met with Yavapai County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council and the Clarkdale Police Department.

Objective 1: Use the hub and spoke model to engage all necessary and appropriate subject matter expertise to support Justice Counts design and implementation.?(Partners)?

CSG Justice Center staff met with Partners for Justice and the City University of New York Institute for State and Local Governance to discuss potential points of collaboration.??

In October, CSG Justice Center staff prepared materials for use in recruiting new committee members who will work on the Tier 1 revision process and the writing of the Tier 2 Technical Implementation Guides.
