The lead instructor truly drives the success of a class in how they coordinate ahead of time, manage and mentor those participating during the delivery of the class and finally in how they conduct after-actions and post-class reporting. This course serves to update lead instructors on curriculum revisions and updates on administrative tasks to manage ALERRT courses and instructors more efficiently and effectively. This course helps in the standardization and uniformity of the delivery of ALERRT courses.
