Unfortunately, this visit was cut short due to the widespread power outages in northern California, which left Nevada City and Grass Valley City completely in the dark, with the jail and county government buildings did not have power. However, CSG JC staff were able to meet with the grantee for a couple of hours on October 10th. It was a valuable opportunity to connect with the representatives (county MH staff) from the grant in person.
