The Baltimore PSP requested an assessment of their crime victim services capabilities and functions. Amy Durall, Kenton Kirby, Peter Pollard, and Heather Warnken were selected to fulfill this request and delivered a comprehensive final report in August 2021.

The State Attorney's Office, 4th Judicial Circuit Court is requesting technical assistance from Prosecutor’s Center for Excellence (PCE) to assist with the implementation of its BWC policy from April 2018. The SAO seeks to build on this work with additional TTA and consulting from PCE in the following areas: its internal BWC policy; its BWC policy related to officer-involved shootings; violence in the community. On August 5, 2020 IACP hosted the Defining Justice Beyond Arrest and Prosecution Webinar. This presentation was designed to look at the diverse lenses that may aid human trafficking task forces seek justice holistically. Presenters discussed considerations for measuring success that go beyond arrest and prosecution, including the quality of investigations, service delivery, response to victims and survivors’ perception of justice.
