Rulo Strategies' Training & Technical Assistance coaches gather lessons from COSSUP grantees throughout the year. A 'Lessons Learned' email is delivered weekly to grantees and stakeholders to share lessons learned from peer sites. These communications provide valuable insights and shared experiences to support ongoing project development.

This webinar covered the importance of body-worn cameras and how they can improve community engagement, procedural justice practices, and public trust. Attendees heard two perspectives from guest speakers; Captain Kelly Muniz from the Los Angeles Police Department and Lieutenant Colonel John Herzog from the Baltimore Police Department. Both speakers shared evidence-based best practices and the successful outcomes that they have seen through their extensive experience with body-worn cameras.

Develop a series of educational resources for law enforcement agencies, designed to facilitate understanding of and support for CVI strategies, including recommended strategies for fostering honest conversations within departments on issues of concerns and skepticism about CVI strategies and CVI outreach workers. Develop content for the CVIPI website and resources and tools for law enforcement training programs.
