Prep for regional meeting presentation

Meeting with the San Diego, CA City Attorney's Office about ERPO implementation best practices.

Provided feedback on a workup, taught some SQL concepts, ensured he had MS Access and provided some links for Clear training/brainstormed agency approach to crime analysis

Troubleshooted some Access/PowerBi issues with Sean, and talked through the regional meeting presentation concept.

Worked w/Sudo on adding more detail to some of his existing bulletins and explained the logic/plan behind those additions. Also devised a way to get Sudo more feedback.

This orientation session introduced the Cohort to eachother and the broader Impact Justice Team, including the President, Vice President of Innovations, Vice President of Finance, Director of the Housing Lab, Senior Program Manager of the Housing Lab (leading the work with the Hosuing Incubator), Senior Finance Associate, and Senior Researcher. Impact Justice walked the grantees through invoicing/reimbursements, grant requirements, timelines, and expectations. Space was also held for Q&A and a post-survey.
