It begins by helping participants understand the importance of financial goals and motivators, then shifts focus to addressing personal beliefs and mindset around money. Participants learn to analyze their financial histories, create adaptable spending plans, and develop strategies for paying off debt. The course emphasizes the importance of building good habits and saving for future goals.

This course provides an approach to healthy eating that considers the unique demands of a law enforcement professionals schedule and lifestyle. You will gain the tools to practice good nutrition for both short and long-term benefits. This is the second course in the STORM (Strategic Training for Organizational Resilience and Mindset) series. STORM provides a multidisciplinary approach through seven dimensions of wellness: physical, mental/emotional, occupational, financial, nutritional, family/social, and mindset.

This course will provide insight and information on the topic of wellness and mental health, focusing on stress and resilience in everyday policing. Case synopsis of a Transnational Gift Card Scam laundering $26 million in fraudulently obtained gift cards through major retailers across the United States. Suspects were targeting victims with multiple different scams (Grandparent Scam, Arrest Warrant Scam, Apple Scam, Norton Anti-virus Scam, Publishers Clearing House Scams, and more). Victims were told to purchase Walmart and Target gift cards and provide the card information over the phone to the Scammers. Scammers would electronically transmit the cards to money mules across the U.S.
