This is a blended learning training event coupling 5 online training modules with 2 1/2 days onsite skill building training. The training is limited to 15 participants due to the skill-based activities included (coaching, real plays, practice exercises, etc.).

Strategies for Case Planning

APPA will plan and deliver a Motivational Interviewing Skills for Tribal Probation Personnel: A Skill Building Training Event for participants would have completed the Case Management Practices for Tribal Probation Personnel training. This training is an opportunity for tribal probation personnel to continue to develop their skills related to Motivational Interviewing.

During this one-day intensive training, participants will:

NCJTC provided funding for 2 speakers and 8 scholarships to support the Alaska Substance Abuse Summit.
