Working to involve in territory working group for strategic planning training. Held the first territory working group meeting with AS and PR. PR requested assistance for data sharing efforts. NCJA reached out several times to offer direct assistance with SEARCH with no response.

Discussed their issues with DCRA reporting and provided an update with BJA. Provided them with BJA Fact sheets on DCRA

Outreached to SAA via email and phone, answered questions regarding governor’s certification process and provided TTA flyer for reminder of TTA we offer

Continued to fine tune their JAG stakeholder engagement survey and discussed their process for their JAG board meetings. Assisted them with questions for support of new legislation.

Held weekly SP TTA meetings for the month of may through second week of June 2021. Provided direct assistance to SAA and JAG manager regarding their strategic planning needs and their backlog of JAG funds held up due to litigation. Provided them with training materials and documents to assist in their strategic plan development. They will be revamping their entire grants administration and strategic planning process in 2021 and will reconvene with us in August of 2021. Additionally, was able to answer some questions for them regarding NCEs.

Engaged with SC CPC to assist in their CESF III application. Agency has a backlog and was seeking assistance. Linked with Arizona and other resources.
