Priority Area 1: Assist the three delivery systems with identifying strategies and developing comprehensive statewide supervision recommendations and definitions for community supervision.
Update: In December, CSG Justice Center staff met with working group members to discuss CSAC's final report, identify next steps, and establish a timeline. Further, CSG Justice Center staff supported the working group in identifying priorities within the implementation plan for 2025.

Update: In October, CSG Justice Center staff supported working group members in finalizing recommendations to CSAC for case planning and a behavior response grid, which will support more supervision strategies for community supervision.

Priority Area 1: Data Analysis: Analyze data from the Department of Corrections (DOC), Kentucky State Police (KSP), Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) and other state agencies (where appropriate and available) to quantify the number of people involved in Kentucky's criminal justice system for DV- and IPV-related offenses, with the goal of identifying the full scale and impact of these offenses on the state's criminal justice system and the potential for reducing prison and jail populations and improving interventions.

In New Mexico, CSG Justice Center staff completed a Justice Counts tool for the New Mexico Association of Counties for an upcoming presentation to New Mexico County Commissioners.
