NCJP staff helped MN with a JAG stakeholder needs assessment survey around a year ago. The survey was created in collaboration, disseminated, and then a final report was analyzed and sent over. MN reached out again in September to request that we open the same survey again--specifically, they hoped to gain some additional responses for categories of stakeholders that had low response rates in the first round of survey responses. The survey was opened that month and closed December 31. Currently, the data is being analyzed, and a report is being drafted based on the results.

During this meeting the IACP TTA Team presented on Engaging Diverse Stakeholders in Cross-Sector Teams and Public Safety Efforts

The IACP TTA Lead reviewed the Action Plan and prepared it for submission to BJA

The IACP TTA Lead sent the site the presentation on project sustainability from the May 2024 Peer-to-Peer cohort call

The IACP TTA Lead compiled a list of social media links of other grantee sites and shared the list with the Detroit team, as well as other CVI-oriented sites.

The IACP TTA Lead arranged a meeting to discuss the IACP's TA and answer any questions the new coordinator might have
