Over the past six (6) months, the IACP tracked 104 resource downloads across the CRIT informational websites we maintain.

A workshop on CRIT at the American Correctional Association (ACA) Summer 2024 Conference, co-presenting IACP and ACA.
Define and recall the principles of risk, need, and responsivity (RNR); Summarize the evidence on RNR and how it applies to justice-involved veterans; Identify ways the RNR model may need to be modified to enhance services for justice-involved veterans
Over the past six (6) months, the IACP has tracked interest for the CRIT curriculum, CRIT training, CRIT Train the Trainer events, and CRIT policies from fifteen (15) unique individuals, policing agencies, and other organizations across the United States. The IACP has responded to these requests for information and, in some circumstances, hosted informational sessions with the requesting agency to answer their questions and provide support as needed.
Met with retiring Roanoke, VA Assistant Chief as he is becoming director of VA CIT Coalition to discuss CRIT. Made the connection at IACP's annual conference.
IACP staff was invited to promote and discuss CRIT curriculum and crisis response programming to grantees under the TTA provider CSG.
Spouses Retreat provides educational sessions on coping with grief, debriefing sessions, recreational activities and very strong peer-support & connection from other survivors.
