The webinar was delivered on December 19, 2024: The Supreme Court’s Eighth Amendment Jurisprudence: Impact on State Capital Cases. The Webinar was 60 minutes in length and Dean Erwin Chemerinsky spoke in his usual knowledgeable and eloquent way about how recent SCOTUS decisions from various Capital Cases indicate a distinct shift in how the Justices view how states should handle Capital Cases. The webinar was attended by 81 participants and was evaluated quite positively for the content delivered.

On 1/29/25, held a meeting with Judge Fiore to review his objectives and his logic model. He is going to revise the LM based on feedback from the meeting and send to me for review.

Cases responded to and closed during the reporting period July - December 2024 were 409.
