Task 1.4 Maintain ongoing collaboration with BJA, CLA, ACA, and AWEC and participate in
relevant conferences
TMG will coordinate discussions and meetings with correctional leaders and stakeholders on
emerging and trending topics such as mental health, use of force, supervisory development, noncustodial staff coaching, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DFEI). This will be accomplished
through maintaining collaborative relationships between BJA, CLA, ACA, and AWEC and TMG's
The RISS Technical Staff calls are supported by the RTSC Staff and include representatives from the six RISS Center IT units and IIR staff.
The RISS TA team and RTSC leadership participate in monthly calls with the RNPG chair and vice chair to discuss RISS initiatives, provide updates, and receive direction.

Ongoing technology support for the six RISS Centers.
TMG will maintain the National Steering Committee for this initiative, composed of twelve
members with salient voices, including training experts and representatives from the partner
organizations named above. The member list will be reviewed periodically and updated as
needed to ensure proper representation and professional diversity. Any potential member
changes will be presented to BJA for feedback and final approval. Steering committee members
will be considered for and potentially used as subject matter experts on various aspects of the
