90-minute webinar that addressed the impact of tragedy and introduce post-traumatic growth. Webinar also allowed a mental health professional and two police professionals to share the elements and potential benefits of post-traumatic growth and practice strategies and interventions that can support individuals in their journey towards post-traumatic growth.

In response to a referral from BJA’s grant management office, TTA Program staff provided assistance to the New England Arab American Organization. Program staff provided
guidance regarding use of a subaward versus a memorandum of understanding with subrecipients, and several resources were provided to assist the site with development of agreements.
Vera associate directors, D4D site leads, and the data collection team hosted a meeting with Department of Corrections leadership to introduce site leads to the partner states, provide an overview of the D4D roles of project coordinator and data coordinator (DOC staff), share key stages and timelines for the project, and highlight the key activities of the upcoming months including rapport building with executive leadership and wardens, town hall planning and execution, and work group development.
