Over the past six (6) months, the IACP met with core staff from the Springfield Team one (1) time via online call and kept up correspondence via email in the meantime to discuss program updates and any TA requests the site may have. Over the past six (6) months, the IACP met with core staff from the Jefferson County team a total of two (2) times to provide customized TA. The site is continuing the same classes, including an 8-hour MH first aid class in July for command staff. They are doing well with grant requirements, have approved a budget change, and are considering NCE again. Juvenile justice issues are rising, and they may need to add more content on juveniles. They have trained various agencies, including the VA Hospital Police, and received honors for their CIT contributions.
