The Chicago Police Department requests two Blue Courage Training for 30 participants each, one Blue Courage certification course for 30 participants, and technical assistance to develop internal CPD Blue Courage Master Trainers. The Blue Courage training course will provide self-improvement, increased engagement, stress management, development of resilience, and improvement of the overall health and well-being of all employees in the department.
Blue Courage request (one 2 day BC course) for Wilmington (DE) PD
The City of Akron Police Department requests T3 – Tact, Tactics, and Trust™ training in order to host leadership from surrounding police departments to create a joint effort to improve interaction, communication, and understanding between local police departments and the public. T3™ is the only police training program that simultaneously addresses the perceptual, cognitive, and behavioral dimensions of social interaction. It integrates the latest scientific research on managing social encounters with validated training techniques.
Blue Courage Academy (Train-the-Trainer)
The Columbus Police Department requests one Blue Courage training (Heart and Mind of the Guardian) for approximately 30 participants. The Blue Courage training course will provide self-improvement, increased engagement, stress management, development of resilience, and improvement of the overall health and well-being of all employees in the department.
Diversity Centered & Inclusive Leadership for Public Safety train-the-trainer course
The Bill Blackwood Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas requests one Blue Courage Training for 30 police executives as an introduction to the Blue Courage program. The participants will evaluate the program, and if positively received, the two-day Blue Courage program will be added as part of the 5-day, 40-hour mandated professional development week of the Texas Police Chief Leadership Series. As a result, LEMI will then proceed with the Train-the-Trainer course of Blue Courage to qualify instructors to teach.
The Notre Dame College PD requests one Blue Courage training for approximately 30 participants.
Indiana Purdue University at Fort Wayne Police Department requests one course of Blue Courage Training for 35 participants.
The Doral Police Department (PD) requests two Blue Courage Heart and Mind of the Guardian training class for 30 participants/each.
