Over the past six (6) months, the IACP met with core staff from the Pima County team a total of two (2) times to discuss programmatic updates and provide customized TTA. The site is in the Implementation Phase of the grant and is progressing well. Over the past six months, the site has successfully conducted CIT and refresher courses, receiving positive feedback from attendees and advanced officers. They have established a strong relationship with the local VA, which has been an excellent venue for their classes.

IACP staff conducted regular outreach to the City of Montgomery team to schedule check-ins and discuss their program. Site was unresponsive to outreach, likely due to staff turnover. Outreach will continue in the next reporting period.

Over the past six (6) months, the IACP met with core staff from the Milwaukee team five (5) times to provide customized TTA and recieve programmatic updates. Over the past six months, the site has experienced staff turnover and is currently working on modifying their curriculum and incorporating VR aspects. They have conducted virtual site visits and are addressing grant management updates, including a GAM in JustGrants. The team is also planning to discuss the detailed timeline for Implementation Plan submission once the GAM is approved.

Over the past six (6) months, the IACP met with core staff from the Texas DOC team a total of five (5) times to discuss programmatic updates and provide customized TTA. Over the past six months, the site has made significant progress in curriculum and training development, including a partnership with a university for online training and the creation of lived experience videos. They have also advanced their virtual reality training, completed needs assessments, and are on track with their implementation plan.

Over the past six (6) months, the IACP met with core staff from the Greensboro team a total of three (3) times. The site is in the Implementation Phase of the grant and is progressing well. Over the past six months, the site has conducted two classes with approximately 30 officers each and has another class scheduled for next month. They are on track to meet their goal of 14 classes before the end of the grant and are scheduling next year's classes.

Over the past six (6) months, the IACP met with core staff from the Michigan State Police a total of two (2) times to discuss programmatic updates and provide customized TTA. Over the past six months, the site successfully conducted their first round of classes, receiving positive feedback despite facing recruitment and retention challenges. They are focusing on enhancing engagement through videos and realistic scenarios, and are planning additional training sessions to meet their goals.

Over the past six (6) months, the IACP met with core staff from the Bexar County team a total five (5) times to provide customized TTA and recieve programmatic updates. Over the past six months, the team has made significant progress on their CRIT program despite some delays. They have continued research and data collection, developed and distributed a survey with high response rates, and are working on their Implementation Plan. They are also addressing an increase in IDD-related calls, enhancing training programs, and preparing for curriculum certification and informal reviews.

Over the past six (6) months, the IACP met with core staff from the Albany County team four (4) times to discuss site updates and provide customized TTA. Site held several successful classes and their costs have been lower than anticipated. Site worked on the Implementation Plan and submitted to IACP for review in December.

Over the past six (6) months, the IACP met with core staff from the Tuscaloosa team two (2) times to go over site updates and any TA requests the team may have. Tuscaloosa team members had a positive experience at the CIT International conference. The MSW positions are performing well, focusing on homeless individuals. The Lt. is addressing homelessness and developing a behavioral health response policy. They are refining a data collection form rollout and won the AL CIT program of the year.
