An initial summary and analysis of the recently awarded FY 14 awards was prepared and submitted to BJA. in anticipation of coaches' initial outreach to these sites.

Grant program facilitate by the PRC. 43 awards were made totaling nearly $5 million to support efforts in local jurisdictions across the nation to establish zero-tolerance cultures for sexual abuse in confinement facilities. Specifically, the grantees were funded to improve leadership, organizational culture, and performance; review and revise policies and practices; educate inmates; establish victim support services; and collect and analyze data on sexual abuse in facilities.
