Vera is conducting an assessment of Nebraska Department of Correctional Service's use of segregation. This assessment consists of site visits, a policy review, and data analysis. At the end of the assessment phase, Vera will present recommendations to the agency and submit to them a final report. Vera will then assist in the implementation of the recommendations.
