SAKI TTA, Chrissy, and Lisa discussed the tentative agenda and training dates. They suggested the first week of March (which Julia advised against as this does not allow 120 days for conference approval), and the entire month of May for Tom Tremblay and John Wilkinson. Julia reached out to Tom first as his availability is more strict, and will wait for his response before reaching out to John.
VA sent additional training dates in Sept to present to Tom Tremblay for his availability.
SAKI TTA Spoke with Chrissy on 1/8/2018. Confirmed Tom and John are available for the September Dates. Submitted information to programmatic team to initiate conference approval forms.

Julia, Crystal, and Amanda met with Chrissy to discuss her proposed 4 training dates for 2019. Discussed the reality that they cannot hold 4 trainings with SAKI TTA money. Chrissy will speak with her team and decide how to proceed.
Chrissy, Kelly, Julia, and Nani discussed VA's use of SAKI funds for travel-related expenses for their attendees for their Sept 25-26 conference. Nani approved, and suggested VA submit a GAN to BJA for approval.
Conference approval for Roanoke location approved.

By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
