• Meeting with Paula Schwab FTR Administrator, Statewide (DHS) to discuss her new role and TA priorities.
• Meeting with DOCR Clinical Director, FTR Clinical Administrator (DOCR), DOCR Administrative Director to discuss ND's subaward applications and funding priorities.
• Meeting with FTR Clinical Administrator (DOCR) to discuss implementation planning.
• Meeting with Director (Probation and Parole Supervision), District Program Manager, Parole & Probation Services (DOCR), District Program Manager, Parole & Probation Services (DOCR), Clinical Director (DOCR), FTR Clinical Administrator (DOCR), FTR Administrator, Statewide (DHS) to discuss current progress in setting up a pretrial pilot program and resources available to counties around pretrial programs.
• 10/17: Call with DOCR Clinical Director, DHS Behavioral Health Division Director, FTR Clinical Administrator (DOCR), FFTR Administrator, Statewide (DHS), and FTR Region 5 Administrator (DHS) to discuss the FTR training plan.
• 10/20: Call with DOCR Clinical Director to prepare for the next week's meeting with supervision officer program managers.
• 10/30: Call with DOCR Clinical Director, FTR Clinical Administrator (DOCR), FFTR Administrator, Statewide (DHS), and FTR Region 5 Administrator (DHS) to discuss implementation progress, upcoming site visit plans, and upcoming trainings.

- The organizational and/or community needs specific to the request for TTA services.
- The benefits or anticipated outcomes from the receipt of TTA services.
By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
